Dr. Rodney Rubi came to practice in Reynolds County in October, 1999, and what an excellent, highly-skilled addition he is to our medical staff and community.
His practice location is the Ellington Family Clinic, a service of Missouri Highlands Health Care. “The people of this area have been so good to my wife Philma (Dr. Philma Opinaldo) and me,” commented Dr. Rubi. “My practice has grown each year. It’s very rewarding.”
For recreation, Dr. Rubi enjoys mountain and road bicycling.
Dr. Rubi is a graduate of the Cebu Institute of Medicine. He completed his residency at Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown, Ohio. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Call today for an appointment.
