Seeking Clinic Manager in Ripley County, MO

Missouri Highlands Health Care is seeking a Medical Clinic Manager for our 3 locations in Ripley County, Missouri.

The Clinic Manager will have a primary job function within the clinic, including: personnel management, clinical quality improvement, compliance, patient safety, patient care and satisfaction, and business operations.

Essential Job Functions:
• Must be able to talk, hear, see, sit, stand, kneel and lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Possess cognitive skills necessary to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and government regulations.
• Must demonstrate the ability to use Athena EMR software.
• Must demonstrate the ability to navigate from the computer desktop to Microsoft (MS) Office.
• Possess oral and written communication skills necessary to effectively lead and supervise medical assistant, ancillary and access assistant personnel.

Qualifications:
• Three to five years’ experience in a health clinic environment required.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and present a positive image for the organization.
• Must be able to interact with people in a professional, diplomatic, and sensitive manner and ensure that appropriate confidentiality is maintained.
• Must be skilled in preparing, presenting, and interpreting data used in budgets and reports.
• Must be skilled in planning and implementing office procedures relevant to practice management.
• Must be motivated, able to work independently, be a strong facilitator and have excellent follow through skills.
• Must maintain current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Clinical setting experience is preferred. LPN must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must have the knowledge of examining patients, diagnose dental diseases and provide proper cure in terms of medicines and surgical treatments.
  • Must be capable of educating patients with general care, presentations and cleanness of teeth at regular time intervals.
  • A dentist should have proper knowledge of latest dental treatment techniques.
  • Dentist has to decide the replacement of teeth, cleaning, filling, extracts with use of hand instruments, medications etc.
  • A dentist needs to know the treatment plans of patient and should suggest suitable healing according to the condition.
  • Must be able to assist with recruiting staff.
  • A dentist should have the potential to maintain and train the staff, if required for emergency.
  • Dentist should have ability to motivate the staff to work tenderly, be friendly with patients, and maintain dental treatment standards.
  • Must set up a friendly relation with the patients to educate him/ her about the complications of treatment and duration of healing process.
  • A dentist has to prepare a dentist case file including medical history and current dental formation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Missouri Highlands Health Care is seeking to hire a full-time Dentist for the Big Springs Dental Clinic located in Ellington, MO.
