COVID-19 Testing Site at Doniphan Urgent Care

Beginning Monday, May 4th at 8:30 a.m. Missouri Highlands Health Care will be opening a Coronavirus Test Collecting Site at the Doniphan Urgent Care. Our mobile dental unit, located at the Mansion Mall parking lot in Poplar Bluff, MO will no longer provide testing after this Friday. The Doniphan Urgent Care Coronavirus testing center is by appointment ONLY. A pre-screening by phone is required prior to appointment. Anyone seeking a test must call our Nurse Coronavirus Hotline at 573-351-0145 to be pre-screened and if they meet the requirements a testing appointment will be given. This hotline is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Doniphan Urgent Care is seeing patients as a sick clinic as well, but individuals who are experiencing COVID symptoms must conduct the pre-screen prior to arriving at the site.

Sliding Fee Scale

Missouri Highlands serves all patients whether insured or not. If uninsured or underinsured and approved on a sliding fee scale, costs are based on household size and income. To see if you qualify, complete the simple application and bring it to your first visit along with proof of income and your last income tax return.
