Doniphan Family Clinic Well Visits

ATTENTION:
Doniphan Family Clinic will be a WELL CLINIC until further notice. If you are an adult that is sick, please go to the Doniphan Urgent Care to be seen. If you have a child that is sick, you can still call the Doniphan Family Clinic and they will see you there and will follow our sick-child protocol. When entering our facilities we ask that you limit the number of people accompanying you. If you do not require assistance, please come alone. If you are a minor, we ask that you limit only one guardian with you.
– Well children go to Doniphan Family Clinic.
– Sick children go to Doniphan Family Clinic, but please call reception to notify them of the child’s symptoms.
– Well adults can continue to go to Doniphan Family Clinic.
– Sick adults will need to go to Doniphan Urgent Care.
We are sorry for any inconvenience, but with the spike in covid numbers, we are trying to do our part to keep everyone safe and healthy. Please continue to wear masks and social distance regardless of vaccination status. Thank you!
