On July 6th, 2020 Missouri Highlands Health Care will be opening a women’s health clinic in Poplar Bluff, MO. This new location will offer a variety of services and quality care to meet the needs of women at every stage of life. As a non-profit and Federally Qualified Health Center we accept patients regardless of their insurance status. We accept Medicaid, Medicare and most insurances as well as offer all services on a sliding scale.

We are excited to welcome Dr. Farrah McSpadden and Family Nurse Practitioner, Jody Spain to take care of all your OBGYN needs.

Sliding Fee Scale

Missouri Highlands serves all patients whether insured or not. If uninsured or underinsured and approved on a sliding fee scale, costs are based on household size and income. To see if you qualify, complete the simple application and bring it to your first visit along with proof of income and your last income tax return.
