One of the many ways we accomplish our vision and goals is by proving outreach services. Our friendly staff is always ready and willing to help provide classes and presentations when needed.
As a non-profit organization, Missouri Highlands Health Care knows how important it is to find good quality and affordable services. So, that is one of the reasons we provide these classes and presentations at little to no cost or free to programs/groups/organizations in our surrounding areas. Your health is important to us!
Nutrition Classes
MHHC's Registered Dietitian, Robin Harwell, is always willing to do a presentation with groups on healthy eating. She has done classes with adults and children. Robin is also a Certified Diabetic Educator. She enjoys hosting classes to help people manage their diabetic diet. Check out her video cooking a healthy recipe!
