Life insurance, Long-term disability, Short-term disability, AFLAC and the FLEX benefits are all 100% out of pocket cost from the employee.

MHHC offers a safe harbor 401k and Roth Plan. Employees who contribute at least 5% of their annual gross wages per pay period, will get the companies highest match of 4%. Employees can contribute as much as they would like, but the match will remain at 4%, if 5% or higher is contributed.

Employee Deferral and Match Formula (4% is the highest MHHC will match)

  • 1% – 1%
  • 2% – 2%
  • 3% – 3%
  • 4% – 3.5%
  • 5% or greater – 4%

Full Time Employees become eligible for 401(k) 90 days after employment. Enrollees must be 21 years or older to enroll.

Eight (8) paid holidays are given to all full-time employees, pursuant to the employee handbook. (No probation period). Holidays are only paid to you if they fall on your normally scheduled working day.
There is a 90-day probation period to begin accruing time off. PTO starts accruing after 90 days of employment with MHHC at 9.54 hours per pay period. This totals 31 days per year.
Bi-weekly, direct deposit (26 payrolls per year). Pay day is every other Friday. Pay periods start on Tuesday and end on Wednesday consecutively for two weeks.
