Missouri Highlands Health Care Expands Primary Care Services at Poplar Bluff Campus
POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. – Missouri Highlands Health Care is excited to announce that the Primary Care team currently serving patients at the Northwest clinic will relocate to the Missouri Highlands Health Care Poplar Bluff Campus, also known as the Coppertop, beginning Tuesday, August 11.
The move brings another established Primary Care team to the Poplar Bluff Campus, where patients already have access to Primary Care, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Urgent Care, Laboratory, and Imaging services. By bringing more providers together under one roof, Missouri Highlands Health Care continues to expand access to convenient, coordinated care for the Poplar Bluff community.
To complete the transition, the Northwest Primary Care team will temporarily pause patient appointments August 7 through August 10. Patients will be welcomed at the Poplar Bluff Campus beginning Tuesday, August 11, on the third floor.
Patients will continue to receive care from the same trusted providers and care team they know, including Dr. Josh Gast, Medical Director, Cindy Okolo, FNP-BC, and Dr. Ramiro Icaza. Patients who currently receive care from the Primary Care providers already located at the Poplar Bluff Campus will continue seeing their providers as usual throughout the transition.

Missouri Highlands Health Care also plans to continue expanding services at the Poplar Bluff Campus in the future, including Women’s Health and Dental, creating an even more comprehensive healthcare destination for the community.
Patients of the Northwest Primary Care team are encouraged to update their records with the clinic’s new location and phone number before their next appointment.
