Outreach & Enrollment Navigator Free Assistance Service for MO Health Net

Missouri Highlands’ O&E Navigators are certified to assist our patients and community members with the Health Insurance Marketplace and Medicaid.

Navigators process all insurance applications (Medicaid, Chip and regular Health Insurance) through mydss.mo.gov and Marketplace at healthcare.gov

Navigating the complexities of Medicaid and Marketplace assistance can be overwhelming, especially when everything is moving online. We understand the challenges that many face in this digital age, particularly those without access to technology, smartphones, or computers. That’s why we are here to simplify the process for you.

Your Path to Coverage Made Easy

At Missouri Highlands Health Care, we recognize that applying for programs like Medicaid and Marketplace can be intimidating, even if you know you qualify. Many individuals refrain from applying simply because the process seems daunting. We want to assure you that we are here to take care of all the complexities on your behalf.

What We Offer:

Comprehensive Assistance:

  • We handle the entire application process for you.
  • From submitting paperwork to assisting with form completion, we’ve got it covered.
  • No need to worry about scanning documents or obtaining medical records – we take care of these tasks seamlessly.

Understanding Your Concerns:

  • We understand the fear and uncertainty that surrounds the application process.
  • Our team is experienced and patient, ensuring that you feel supported every step of the way.

Personalized Navigation:

  • Every individual’s situation is unique, and we tailor our assistance to your specific needs.
  • Whether you lack the knowledge or patience to navigate the system, we are here to guide you through it.

Important Enrollment Period Information:

Did you know that Marketplace Insurance enrollment is limited to November 1-January 15 each year? It’s essential to note that this period is exclusive for Open Enrollment, except for those qualifying for special enrollment due to life events like marriage, divorce, changes in household size, or shifts in income (such as getting or losing a job). Unlike Marketplace, Medicaid sign-up is open year-round, so staying informed ensures you secure the coverage you need.

What Our Patients Say:

“I would have never been able to get this done on my own. Thank you SO MUCH for helping me with this process. I don’t have the knowledge or patience to do it, and I’ve gone without any Medical coverage for years because I just didn’t know how to apply.”

These are words we hear every day, and they underscore our commitment to making healthcare coverage accessible to everyone.
